Here You Can Compare Realme C3 and Vivo Y11 in Depth
Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Realme, was officially introduced in the Indian market on May 4, 2018. It branched out from its parent company, Oppo, which is based out of Shenzen, China. Realme retains a 15% market share in India and holds the 4th position after Samsung, Xiaomi, and Vivo. It launched the C3 model on February 14, 2020, which enjoyed reasonably good reviews from consumers.
Vivo, on the other hand, occupies a marginally higher market share at 16%, and it is headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Vivo Y11 was launched on October 18th, 2019.
Even though these two models are relatively similar, here is the comparison between the specifications –
- Design
In terms of design choices, both smartphones have an impressive build quality. The body of Vivo Y11 has a 2.5D curved glass-like rear that comes in blue-green and red shades. The model sports a 6.35-inch HD display, which lacks Gorilla Glass protection.
On the other hand, the 6.52-inch HD display of the Realme C3 is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. Its body is made up of polycarbonate having a smooth finish and textured feel. The design is splash resistant and reflects sun-like rays from the rear panel.
To do an evaluation of the two models on this parameter can be quite difficult. Even then, the splash resistance feature along with Gorilla Glass 3 protection makes for an interesting design of Realme C3.
- Display
The Realme phone display comes with a 1600 x 0720 pixels resolution at 269 ppi. The dewdrop notch is present along with curved Gorilla Glass 3+ protection of IPS screen.
Vivo Y11 comes with a curved screen, outputting 1544 x 720 HD+ resolution. It also includes 268 ppi pixel density.

The features of display are standard in both the phones due to HD+ IPS screens. Hence, one does not exactly have an edge over the other, if not for Gorilla Glass 3 protection of Realme C3 and a relatively larger screen.
- Camera
The Vivo smartphone boasts a dual-camera setup and includes a primary 13MP f/2.2 lens + 2MP f/2.4 secondary lens, along with LED flash. The selfie camera consists of an 8MP f/1.8 clicker.
A triple camera setup characterises the Realme C3 with 2MP f/2.4 4cm macro + 12MP f/1.8 + 2MP f/2.4 depth. It also has an LED flash. The selfie camera is 5MP f/2.2.
Thus, Vivo Y11 scores more in the selfie camera category owing to more megapixels in its sensor, but Realme has better main cameras.
- Other specifications
Some of the other Vivo phone specifications include 3GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage, 1.95GHz Snapdragon 439 octa-core processor and a 5000mAh battery.
By contrast, Realme C3 has 4GB RAM and up to 64GB expandable storage along with 2.0GHz 64-bit Helio G70 octa-core processor. The Mali-G52 MC2 GPU is particularly suitable for gaming needs. This handset too includes a 5000mAh battery, under the hood.
Based on these specifications, it can be seen that the Realme model enjoys an edge due to its 4GB RAM and a powerful CPU. Presently, Helio G70 is the most preferred at the given range for both multitasking and gaming.
If you are thinking of purchasing either of the smartphones, use Bajaj Finserv EMI Network Card to avail no-cost EMIs. The card comes with a pre-sanctioned credit limit of up to Rs.4 lakh. Moreover, the application process is also facilitated with pre-approved offers extended by Bajaj Finserv, which involves minimal documentation. The specifications of both Vivo Y11 and Realme C3 reflect different features, which would meet varying criteria of users. Assess the functions that matter most to you, along with the budget, and choose the smartphone accordingly.
